  3. Lcars is dead. This is not a sad thing. This is a good thing, because it's successor is even super-doopery better. Basically PCARS (Personal Computer Access and Retrieval System) has enough facilities to work as a stand alone shell. It does EVERYTHING! (almost).

Ah ha! The important bit. This was designed for (read as on) Win98 and is not supported on any other OS. Though you can give it a go and let me know if it's just a minor tweak that's needed. This release (Beta 1) will only work on systems where windows is installed at c:\windows and PCARS is installed at C:\pcars. This is to be fixed. 
  10. Also, to get the most out of this software install the freeware font that comes with it (DS9 credits font).

  18. Flickery Graphics - Shut up. It's not easy programing graphics with one milisecond timers and shite screen synchronization. 
  19. CORE browsing issues - the view will occasionally (very occasionally) disapear. Urm, if this happens, you're screwed. Restart the prog.
  20. CORE browsing issues - sometimes clicking on a directory/program file will not open them. Click again, click faster.
  21. NT - Hey, I haven't tested but there are BOUND to be issures. Hopefully, however, if I can find someone with NT I can include NT supported LNK files and see if my control panel works in NT. (any offers)
  22. The Correct Module isn't installed for your resolution? - What a surprise. I haven't written it yet :P
